  • Established comprehensive reporting standards for owned and earned opportunities, leveraging Crimson Hexagon and Sprinklr platforms. Collaborated closely with partners to design impactful reporting frameworks, enabling data-driven insights and optimizations. Introduced monthly reporting capturing performance metrics across own and competitor accounts, facilitating effective month-to-month, year-over-year (YOY), and year-to-date (YTD) analysis.

  • Collaborated with Crimson Hexagon, producing multiple insights and trend reports for various teams (Brand and Product Marketing). Transformed extensive and diverse data into cohesive narratives, informing short and long-term opportunities. Topics included understanding Gen Z entrepreneurs as the customer of tomorrow and identifying email marketing interests among marketers. Crafted clear briefs to communicate brand and customer insights effectively. Presented findings and recommendations to marketing leadership, driving informed decision-making.
